MEALS
Breakfasts will be typical English and continental, with lunches being a healthy selection of salads, meats, vegetables, desert and dinners a typical three- course meal affair. Vegetarians and other special dietary requirements will be taken into consideration and accommodated accordingly.
WATER
Bottled water is provided in accommodation tents. Guests are advised not to drink tap water unless filtered and clearly indicated SAFE for drinking. Please close all taps after use and save water for a ‘greener’ tomorrow!. We provide safe, hot bathing water 24 hrs.
LAUNDRY
Our camp offers laundry services at a cost. Soiled clothes will be collected every morning from the laundry basket/ bag provided, washed, ironed and returned same day weather permitting. Please see a charge sheet provided. Do consult our helpful and skilled Housekeeping staff in case of any difficulties.
MOBILE PHONE NETWORKS
All Kenyan local networks operate in this region successfully i.e Safaricom, Airtel, YU and Orange companies. Internet access is fully supported and you can access free Wi-fi within the camp precincts.
GUEST SAFETY
Our Camp is electric-fenced to ensure zero intrusion from the game or any other intruders. All precautions are taken to ensure our clients’ safety. Our Manager is at reach to ensure that all needs are met. Items that need to be kept in safe can be handed over to the manager and signed for. 24 hr patrols by our own guards backed up by rapid response security guards to ensure total security.
POWER
We have a 24 hour sustainable electric power supply. For emergency power outages, we have a standby automatic generator. Please switch off unnecessary lights and conserve power!
